1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Xentos platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Xentos is a management and automation tool designed to assist with compliance and ESG tracking. XENTOS IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Use of Xentos does not constitute a legal guarantee of compliance with any regulation (including HIPAA, GDPR, or PIPEDA). Organizations are solely responsible for ensuring their own legal and regulatory compliance.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Access to the "Business" and "Enterprise" tiers is granted upon successful payment processing. Xentos reserves the right to modify pricing with 30-day notice.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all data, evidence, and documents uploaded to the platform. Xentos claims no ownership over your compliance artifacts.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
